Return Policy You can return most new and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also cover the return shipping costs if the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). You can expect to receive your refund within four weeks after handing your package to the return carrier. However, in many cases, you will receive your refund sooner. This period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the carrier (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once received (3 to 5 business days), and the time required for your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). If you need to return an item, simply log in to your account, view your order using the "Complete Orders" link in the My Account menu, and click the "Return Item(s)" button. We will notify you by email once we have received and processed the returned item. Shipping We ship to almost all addresses worldwide. Please note that there are restrictions on certain products, and some items cannot be shipped to international destinations. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you select. Depending on the carrier you choose, estimated shipping dates may be displayed on the shipping quotes page. Please also note that shipping fees for many items we sell are based on weight. The weight of each item is listed on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping carriers we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next kilogram.
