Return policy

At Raphael de Lacroix, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we accept returns under the following conditions:


Return conditions


  1. Return period: You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to return one or more items.
  2. Condition of items: Returned items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, undamaged and with tags intact.
  3. Ineligible products:

The following items cannot be returned:

- Items on sale or on sale.

- Underwear and swimwear for hygiene reasons.

- Personalized or custom-made items.

  1. Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase must accompany all returns.

Return process:

  1. Return Request: To initiate a return, please log into your customer account on our website and follow the instructions in the "My Orders" section.
  2. Return label: Once the request is validated, you will receive a prepaid return label by email.
  3. Returning the item: Carefully pack the items to be returned in their original packaging, or in other suitable packaging, and affix the return label. Then drop off the package at the nearest relay point or with the recommended carrier.
  4. Return cost: Returns are free for customers in mainland France. For returns from abroad, return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defect or error on our part.

Refund :

  1. Processing time: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email. The refund will be issued to the payment method used for purchase within 10 to 14 business days.
  2. Refund method: If you paid by credit card or PayPal, the refund will be made directly to your account. If you paid by gift card, a credit will be generated.
  3. Partial Returns: If you return only part of your order, only the returned items will be refunded.

Exchanges:

We currently do not offer a direct exchange service. If you would like a different item or size, we recommend returning the item and placing a new order on our site.


Defective items or order error:

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at customer service email with a photo of the item. We will cover the return shipping cost and will either replace or refund at your option.
